INGREDIENTS :
10 Black Qwehli shrimp 🦐
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Curry powder
Fresh coriander and toasted sesame seeds
4 tbsp coconut milk 🥥
STEPS :
1) In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pressed garlic clove, one tablespoon of soy sauce and one teaspoon of curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.
2) For a spicy touch: add a light touch of Espelette pepper or lemon zest 🌶️
3) Marinate the prawns in the mixture for about 30 minutes. Then simmer them for a few minutes in a pan with the spoonfuls of coconut milk.
4) Arrange in a soup plate, sprinkle with fresh coriander and toasted sesame. Serve with bulgur.
