Just as for wine or coffee, it is the land that gives Black Qwehli its signature taste. We have analysed and studied each cm of our sanctuary: the succession of mangroves and savannahs.
But also the meeting of river water with that of the Indian Ocean, the climatic variations, the composition of the soil etc. All to allow the prawns to draw the unique nutrients from which they get their taste and hence offer you the experience of the "taste of Zambezi"
